HOW SHOULD I BURN MY CANDLE CORRECTLY?

For the best experience, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently offer UK standard shipping with delivery within 3-7 business days for a flat fee of £5. While we don’t ship internationally yet, international shipping is coming soon—stay tuned for updates!

WHAT WAX DO YOU USE?

Our candles are made with a high-quality soy-coconut wax blend. This eco-friendly wax ensures a clean, even burn and a long-lasting, luxurious fragrance throw.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us here to arrange a replacement or refund.

DO YOU OFFER CANDLE REFILLS?

We do not currently offer refills. However, our ceramic containers are designed to be repurposed as functional items and decorative pieces.
