Founder

FREESPACED was founded by Ellen, whose passion for interiors and systematic, organised living shapes the direction of the brand. She believes the feeling of 'home' is synonymous with peace, which comes from a free, creative, healthy mind. The peace we feel within is a reflection of the people around us, our habits and systems, and the space we live.

The natural world is her greatest inspiration, a grounding presence that eases the stress of modern life. She believes in self expression in colourful and vibrant ways, while also valuing simplicity as an essential component of calm and clarity.

Ellen brings these philosophies into the creative direction of the brand, to inspire peace amongst life's chaos and divine creativity in a world of order. Her ultimate mission is to create sensory experiences as a way to unwind and come home to yourself.
